The ProForm GT 85 X upright exercise bike is a quality low budget choice for an upright exercise bike. This exercise bike uses magnetic resistance to provide a smooth a quite exercise workout – just choose your intensity level which is easily adjusted as you exercise.
You get three different workouts to choose from to provide variety. Decide what area you want to exercise – your upper body, lower body or a complete body workout – just use the cross-trainer coach to get fit and loss weight. You get 2 general programs and 2 weight loss programs.
The monitor display shows you your workout statistics with a real time reading. You can monitor your current speed, distance travelled, calories burned, and your heart rate. Your heart rate is monitored by sensors in the handlebars.
